Clinical Pharmacy Instructor

One of our esteemed client is seeking a passionate UAE National Pharmacist to join their operations of Pharmacy and Health Sciences as a Clinical Pharmacy Instructor, supporting the next generation of pharmacists through academic and clinical training.This role is ideal for Emirati professionals who are interested in combining clinical pharmacy practice with academic teaching and student mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy students during clinical training placements in hospitals, clinics, and community pharmacies.
• Conduct laboratory sessions, skills labs, and tutorial classes within the college.
• Teach and guide students in clinical pharmacy practice, including pharmacotherapy, patient counselling, and pharmaceutical care.
• Support the practical application of theoretical knowledge through simulations, case-based learning, and laboratory exercises.
• Collaborate with faculty members, course coordinators, and healthcare professionals to integrate academic and clinical training.
• Monitor and assess student attendance, performance, and professional conduct during labs and clinical rotations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, accreditation standards, laboratory safety, and patient safety requirements.

Requirements

• UAE National (Emirati)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (BPharm or PharmD)
• Valid UAE MOH Pharmacy License
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and clinical education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
