Cluster Pharmacy Manager

We are looking for an experienced Cluster Pharmacy Manager to oversee pharmacy operations, procurement, compliance, and overall branch performance across multiple pharmacy locations within the group. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in UAE pharmacy operations, supply chain coordination, team management, and good knowledge of Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DOH) guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of multiple pharmacy branches.
• Ensure all pharmacy operations comply with DOH regulations, healthcare standards, and licensing requirements.
• Handle pharmacy procurement activities including supplier coordination, purchase planning, pricing, and stock availability.
• Monitor inventory movement, batch tracking, expiry management, FEFO implementation, and stock optimization across branches.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for timely procurement and replenishment of medicines and medical products.
• Ensure proper handling and documentation of controlled medications and narcotics as per DOH guidelines.
• Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, and branch teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Conduct operational audits and compliance checks across pharmacy branches.
• Monitor branch performance, sales reports, prescription trends, and operational KPIs.
• Work closely with finance, warehouse, and management teams for budgeting and operational planning.
• Handle regulatory inspections, licensing renewals, and compliance documentation.
• Develop and implement SOPs, operational improvements, and process optimization initiatives.
• Ensure proper implementation of insurance and pharmacy management systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
• UAE DOH/MOH/DHA Pharmacy License.Advantage
• Minimum 5–8 years of UAE pharmacy experience with exposure to operations and procurement.
• Strong knowledge of DOH regulations, pharmacy compliance, and healthcare standards.
• Experience in multi-branch pharmacy operations or chain pharmacies.
• Strong procurement, inventory management, and vendor coordination experience.
• Good leadership, analytical, and operational management skills.
• Familiarity with ERP/pharmacy management systems and insurance processes.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
