The Opportunity

We are looking for a visionary, authentic and skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team. This is a brand-new role designed to expand our reach into psychological testing and assessment.

As our first Psychologist, you won’t just be filling a seat, you’ll be making your stamp on Soul Restoration. You will have the creative freedom to build out our testing protocols and help shape the future of our diagnostic services.

What You’ll Do

Launch & Lead: Oversee the psychological testing and assessment branch of the practice, under the direction of our Clinical Lead.
Clinical Care: Provide remote psychological evaluations, diagnostics, and/or therapy to clients across North Carolina.
Collaborate: Match the vibrant, authentic energy of our team through consultations and integrated care.
Flexibility: Manage your own caseload. As a contract position, you have the autonomy to work as little or as much as you’d like based on referral volume.

Compensation & Logistics

Competitive Split: We offer a 60/40 split (60% to the clinician) for all billed insurance and self-pay sessions.
100% Remote: Work from the comfort of your home/office while serving the NC community.
Contract Status: 1099 position with total control over your schedule.
Admin Support: We handle the billing and primary intake so you can focus on the clinical work.
