The Clinical Recruiter will perform full-cycle talent acquisition for healthcare professionals (physicians, nurses, therapists, and technicians) at hospitals, clinics, and medical groups.
Position is responsible for developing domestic and international recruiting plan. Daily responsibilities include sourcing qualified candidates, screening, interviewing, conditional offers of employment in collaboration with Human Resources. Develops recruitment campaign in partnership with the hospital’s Human Resources Division and management. Represents the Hospital at all local, statewide, and nationwide job fairs. Coordinates and attends job fairs within the United States to include college/university job fairs. Develops and participates in internal recruitment projects/plans to include, but not limited to Mexico, Canada, Philippines and other Countries.

Please note that actual pay will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please also note this range is applicable for employees who reside in California only. A geographical pay differential may be applied for remote employees who reside out of state. - Valid California Drivers License; and
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field; and
- Three (3) years experience working in recruitment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
