The Clinical Recruiter will perform full-cycle talent acquisition for healthcare professionals (physicians, nurses, therapists, and technicians) at hospitals, clinics, and medical groups.
Position is responsible for developing domestic and international recruiting plan. Daily responsibilities include sourcing qualified candidates, screening, interviewing, conditional offers of employment in collaboration with Human Resources. Develops recruitment campaign in partnership with the hospital’s Human Resources Division and management. Represents the Hospital at all local, statewide, and nationwide job fairs. Coordinates and attends job fairs within the United States to include college/university job fairs. Develops and participates in internal recruitment projects/plans to include, but not limited to Mexico, Canada, Philippines and other Countries.
- Valid California Drivers License; and
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field; and
- Three (3) years experience working in recruitment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Position Pay Range: $66,560.20 - $86,320.00/Annual SalaryIn compliance with the California Pay Transparency Act, El Centro Regional Medical Center (ECRMC) posts the pay range for all jobs.
