Overview:
The Clinical Supervisor provides leadership and oversight to clinical teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services.

East Lakeland OBGYN Associates, a practice partner of Together Women’s Health (TWH) has an immediate opportunity for a full time Clinical Supervisor to join our team!
The Clinical Supervisor provides leadership and oversight to clinical teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services.
Applicants with Athena EMR experience will be given preference.
- Oversee day-to-day staffing for clinical staff
- Orientation and training for staff
- Develop clinical policies and procedures
- Coordinate vacation and personal time off requests Laboratory liaison
- -QA
- Equipment repair and service/Contracts
- Interview/Personnel selection
- Ensure continuous flow of quality patient care
- Active LPN license or Certified Medical Assistant
- At least 5 years of clinical experience
- OBGYN experience highly preferred
- Clinical managerial experience highly preferred
