What We’re Looking For

Trillium Health Resources is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to join our team! This position provides confidential administrative and specialist support to the Clinical Support Services Department, including but not limited to assisting with daily operations and planning, and providing administrative assistance with projects or assignments when needed. The ideal candidate for this position will have a thorough knowledge of general office practices and equipment, and the ability to plan, organize and review work, workflow, and procedures. Excellent written and communication skills will help the candidate in this position succeed.

On a typical day, you might:

  • Assist with data entry, reconciling, tracking for Ombudsman requests, SNOW tickets, PCP/Provider Request for CM Name or Assistance referrals, and NEMT tickets.
  • Communicate with providers on requests/inquiries to identify members’ care managers.
  • Process primary care physician and provider requests for care manager name or assignment referrals.
  • Monitor and provide follow-up on all Clinical Support Team referrals and referral status.
  • Provide specialist support for the oversight and day-to-day management of fleet vehicles assigned to the Care Management unit and staff.

Qualifications

Required:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum one (1) year clerical experience or equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must reside within North Carolina.
  • Must be able to travel within catchment as required.

Preferred:
  • Experience in assisting a senior executive and four (4) years of clerical and office management experience.
  • Experience working in a Managed Care Organization.
