Clinical/Medical Assistant (MA, CMA or LVN)

We are seeking a full-time back office Medical Assistant or Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our busy, private, cardiology practice located near Good Samaritan Hospital.

Duties include, but are not limited to: rooming patients, taking vitals, initiating telehealth visits, reconciling medications, performing EKGs and Treadmills, placing cardiac monitors, refilling medications and communicating with physicians, patients and other healthcare provider offices.

A high school diploma or equivalent as well as completion of an accredited MA or LVN, program is required. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a medical office setting, hands-on experience with electronic medical records, knowledge of medical terminology, a professional attitude and appearance, excellent clinical decision making, and a desire to work as part of a team. Prior cardiology experience is a plus. This is a thriving, fast-paced office and the ability to stay organized and prioritize while working meticulously is a must. Hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. Benefits include: health insurance, dental insurance, 401k, paid time off, and an excellent work environment.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
