Mars BPO Pvt Ltd is hiring Closer Male/Female for our in-house campaign. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through phone calls, we’d like to meet you.

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Closer to join our call centre team. In this role, you’ll optimize sales processes, manage performance metrics, and support the sales team to improve productivity and drive results. You’ll also maintain sales tools and systems, analyse data, and collaborate across teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

NOTE: (Night Shift - International Campaign only)

For Full time.

We are offering 50k-60k basic salary along with lucrative bonus plans.

Bonus up to 1 Million.

Requirements and skills

Proficiency in English.

Work closely with the sales team to share insights and develop strategies for improving sales performance
Engage with warm leads and follow up on interested prospects through calls or digital channels
Thorough understanding of marketing/sales and negotiating techniques.

Fast learner and passion for sales.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
