Sales Closer

Lahore, Pakistan

  • Take over qualified leads from the sales development team and convert them into successful deals.
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and negotiation meetings with prospective clients.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders to drive deal closure.
  • Understand customer pain points and align Programmers Force’s SaaS solutions to their business needs.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing models, and contractual documents for clients.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and product teams to ensure smooth deal handover.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Keep CRM updated with accurate deal status, pipeline tracking, and client communication.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record as a Sales Closer / Account Executive / Business Development Manager (preferably in SaaS, RegTech, or FinTech).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience handling mid to enterprise-level clients.
  • Ability to understand technical SaaS products and explain them in business terms.
