Deal Closer – Digital Services

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Deal Closer with proven experience in converting qualified leads into successful business deals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, with prior experience in software houses or IT companies.

The candidate will be responsible for closing deals for our Digital Marketing, SEO, and Web Development services by engaging with prospects (primarily through cold calling) and converting them into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients through cold calling, emails, and follow-ups.

Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions for digital, SEO, and web services.

Build trust and maintain relationships to move prospects through the sales funnel.

Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and successfully close deals.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly closing targets.

Requirements

Experience: 1–3 years in sales/closing roles, preferably in a software house or IT company.

Proven track record of successfully closing deals in digital services, SEO, or web-related services.

Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and web solutions.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
