Description


Job Purpose

Introduce new technical ICT solutions as well as being responsible for delivering and owning a
stream of critical software applications to ensure Etisalat's business continuity and competitive
edge.

Report To Position Name

Ensure that the project plans delivered by ICT team is correct and in sync with the project scope
and milestones
Comply with ICT Team internal processes and policies. Examples: Procurement and Offering
processes
Closely communicate with the customer and pre sales team to understand the functional and
non-functional requirements.
Ensure the proper release and handover documents are prepared and submitted to the proper teams.
Prepare offering for tenders as well as direct orders, approved by CEO.
Follow SLA and report offering issues to Vertical and Offering Manager.
Introduce new partners to enable ICT business growth
Work closely with Technical, Commercial and Finance teams to finalize business cases and
offering
Document the solution architecture and ensure that the detailed design of the solution is available
for all the projects.

Deliver ICT solutions to customer.
Produce all the artifacts based on the agreed process. Reporting and on-time escalation of project
issues, risk envisioned and issues between team members. Developing technical and end user
documentation as per the agreed process.


Qualifications


QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

University degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology, -
Excellent command of English language (Reading, Writing & Oral).
Excellent Telecommunication knowledge.
Excellent interpersonal skills (Negotiation, communications, etc.)
Ability to solve complex problems independently and to seek out and generate innovative
solutions.
Ability to work under the supervision of the team lead, able to work independently as well
as part of a team on multiple overlapping projects.

Ability to focus on delivering results in a dynamic environment with aggressive deadlines
and multiple priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE

Cross functional experience/exposure (Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Finance, etc.)
Change Management experience
Experience with large size projects implementation is a plus
Strong problem solving, analysis, design, and testing skills.
Strong data analysis, design and testing skills.
Strong object-oriented design skills.
Knowledge of software development tools

EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL

Minimum 0 to 1 year of Experience.

Presentations and negotiation skills

EXPERIENCE_DESIRABLE

Extensive experience in delivering IT business solutions in the domain of customer
management is a plus,

Telecom Experience is preferred
