Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical discovery sessions to understand business needs, user personas, licensing posture, and digital transformation objectives.
Design end-to-end M365 solutions using best practices and Microsoft’s Modern Work and Security reference architectures.
Create high-level architecture diagrams (HLD), business justification (ROI/TCO), and licensing optimization plans.
Build and deliver technical presentations, demos, assessments and workshops to customers and partners.
Conduct Microsoft 365 assessments such as: Microsoft 365 Readiness, Security Score, Productivity Score, and Secure Score.
Develop responses for RFPs/RFIs, TCO/ROI reports, architectural diagrams and executive summaries for enterprise deals.
Join weekly pipeline review meetings with Microsoft Account Executives, PDMs, and SSPs.
Maintain accurate technical details, status, and next steps in CRM or Microsoft Partner Center.
Support complex licensing and upgrade scenarios, such as: Office + Windows SA to M365 E3/E5 USL, F3 vs E3 vs E5 selection based on personas,Add-ons (e.g., E5 Security, F5 Security, Copilot)
Collaborate with delivery, support, and security teams to ensure solution feasibility and customer readiness.
Stay current on M365 roadmap updates, licensing changes, co-sell, and incentives programs
Participate in Microsoft-led training, technical communities, co-sell, FastTrack, ECIF and MCI programs.
Manage and develop the M365 Pre-Sales team by sharing best practices, offering guidance on complex deals, and supporting technical skill growth.
Drive internal knowledge transfer through mentoring, documentation, and onboarding of new team members.
Contribute to standardization of assets (e.g., templates, presentations, calculators) used across the pre-sales lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience in Azure architecture, pre-sales, or consulting roles.

Proven experience in cloud solution design, customer engagement, and technical documentation.
Demonstrated experience in leading or mentoring pre-sales or technical teams.
Experience with tools such as Azure Migrate, Azure Pricing Calculator, Azure Advisor, and TCO calculator.
Familiarity with Azure Landing Zones, ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep (optional but preferred).
Excellent presentation and solution storytelling skills for C-level and technical audiences.
Familiarity with Microsoft Partner tools (Solution Workspace, Partner Center, FastTrack).
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex engagements.
Experience using Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Visio, and Dynamics 365 for CRM.
