Cloud & Systems Administrator

TeleTaleemis seeking an experienced Cloud & Systems Administrator to manage and strengthen its IT infrastructure, covering both on-premises and cloud-based environments. The role requires expertise in server and network management, deployment, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless IT operations for a growing education technology organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Design, deploy, and manage on-premises and cloud-based servers, including Virtual Machines (VMs).
2- Administer cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and ensure system reliability and security.
3- Oversee network design, planning, and execution, including configuration of firewalls, switches, routers, and VPNs.
4- Provide troubleshooting and resolution for IT infrastructure, server, and network issues.
5- Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.
6- Ensure cybersecurity compliance, monitoring, and proactive risk mitigation.
7- Support IT integration with organizational platforms, digital classrooms, and 8- cloud-based services.

Qualifications & Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
-3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably with cloud and hybrid environments.
-Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
-Hands-on experience in network design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
-Familiarity with cybersecurity protocols and best practices.
-Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
