Cluster Director of Engineering

Ensure efficient operation of hotel properties, equipment, and maintenance services whilst protecting the Owner's assets.

Oversee structural aspects, grounds maintenance, and external facilities of the hotels.

Monitor budgets and control expenses across all areas of the department.

Coordinate purchasing for Engineering departments in line with hotel procedures.

Implement and monitor preventive maintenance procedures, including the annual Preventative Maintenance programme.

Oversee all technical installations, including building services, kitchen equipment, and hotel systems.

Ensure compliance with Minor Hotels policies on Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.

Provide solutions for emergency situations and significant technical issues.

Lead and support the Chief Engineers & team members in achieving financial, operational, and service delivery targets through effective policy development and training.
