Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Management
- Drive sales and revenue targets across assigned projects/locations within the cluster
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Monitor sales performance, conversion ratios, and market trends
- Build and manage channel partner and broker networks
- Ensure effective lead management and customer engagement
Operations & Project Oversight
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple sites/projects
- Ensure timely project execution in coordination with construction, legal, and CRM teams
- Monitor inventory, pricing strategies, and promotions
- Ensure adherence to company policies, RERA norms, and legal guidelines
Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales managers, site heads, and support teams
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions
- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results
- Ensure manpower planning and optimal resource utilization
Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence
- Analyze local market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management
- Support new project launches and expansion initiatives within the cluster
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Address escalations and resolve critical customer issues
- Strengthening brand reputation through superior customer experience

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 12- 18 years of experience in the real estate industry
- Proven experience managing multiple projects or locations
- Strong track record of achieving sales and revenue targets

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
