Cluster Manager

Job Description

Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all outlets within the assigned cluster.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, health & safety regulations, and local authority requirements.
  • Drive operational excellence and maintain consistent customer service standards.
  • Implement company policies, promotional activities, and new initiatives across outlets.

Financial Performance

  • Achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets for all outlets.
  • Monitor P&L performance, control operating costs, and maximize efficiency.
  • Conduct regular financial reviews and develop action plans to address variances.
  • Implement cost control measures in food, labor, and overheads.

People Management

  • Lead, coach, and motivate Outlet Managers and their teams.
  • Ensure adequate manpower planning, scheduling, and succession planning.
  • Identify training needs and support L&D initiatives to improve team performance.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and compliance with HR policies.

Customer Experience

  • Maintain high guest satisfaction scores by ensuring service quality and product consistency.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure effective resolution.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms and continuous improvement initiatives.

Business Development & Strategy

  • Support business expansion plans and assist in opening new outlets within the cluster.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance revenue streams and customer base.
  • Collaborate with marketing on promotions, campaigns, and local store marketing activities.
  • Benchmark against competitors and recommend improvements.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality / Business Management (preferred).
  • Minimum 6–8 years of F&B operations experience, with at least 3 years in a multi-outlet / cluster / area management role.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving financial and operational KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, customer service, and local regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and travel between outlets.
