Cluster Manager

The Cluster Manager will oversee the operations, performance, and growth of multiple aesthetic clinics within an assigned cluster. The role involves driving revenue, ensuring clinical and service excellence, managing teams, maintaining compliance, and delivering a premium patient experience across all clinics.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Clinic Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple aesthetic clinics within the cluster.
• Ensure smooth functioning of front office, clinical, and support teams.
• Implement and monitor SOPs for treatments, hygiene, safety, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with medical, statutory, and brand standards.

Revenue & Business Growth

• Drive sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability for the cluster.
• Monitor conversions, package sales, repeat visits, and upselling.
• Analyze MIS reports, clinic performance, and key KPIs.
• Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities.

Team Leadership & People Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage Clinic Managers, Doctors, Therapists, and Sales teams.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and training programs.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, staff scheduling, and retention.
• Resolve staff issues and maintain a positive work culture.

Customer Experience & Quality Control

• Ensure high standards of patient care and satisfaction.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor feedback, reviews, and improve service quality continuously.
• Ensure ethical practices and transparency in treatments and pricing.

Financial & Inventory Control

• Control operational costs and optimize clinic expenses.
• Monitor inventory, consumables, equipment usage, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and reconciliation.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure adherence to medical regulations, bio-medical waste management, and legal requirements.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
• Coordinate audits and inspections.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
