Role Purpose
Generate qualified leads and support conversion for corporate transient and small groups for both properties, executing daily sales activities and account servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, field visits) and qualify opportunities; set appointments for Sales Managers.
- Prepare proposals, simple contracts, and rate letters; follow up to closure.
- Maintain account/contact records, call reports, and activities in CRM.
- Support RFP data collation and implementation; monitor compliance (rate loading, GDS/IDS checks).
- Coordinate client visits and site inspections; manage sample requests and collateral.
- Handle small-volume requests within delegated rate grid.
KPIs
- Qualified leads generated & conversion contribution.
- Activity productivity (calls/meetings) and CRM hygiene.
- Response time SLAs and proposal turnaround.
- Revenue from self-sourced opportunities.
