Senior ServiceNow Developer Integration & CMDB

Location: Pune / Mumbai / Bangalore / Chennai

Experience Level: Senior (5+ years)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our Integration Framework & CMDB team. This is a highly technical role focused on building and enhancing ServiceNow solutions for complex enterprise needs, including third-party integrations, CMDB management, and custom application enhancements.

The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in REST API development, authentication mechanisms, ServiceNow scripting, and managing critical production issues. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems (both inbound and outbound).
• Create and manage REST integrations, including Outbound REST Messages and Scripted REST APIs.
• Configure and maintain Access Control Lists (ACLs) to secure data access across modules.
• Develop and maintain solutions related to the CMDB: discovery, reconciliation, and relationship mapping.
• Work on technical components like: Workflows & Flow Designer, Script Actions, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Scheduled Jobs, Transform Maps, Field Map Scripts, and Data Transformations
• Support and enhance custom applications, including legacy and modern modules.
• Provide L3/L4 support for complex production issues, including platform-wide incidents and module-specific problems.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST APIs, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow CMDB structure, population methods, and data governance.
• Proficient in platform security (ACLs, roles) and SSO configurations.
• Experience with PPM, SAM/HAM, and procurement modules.
• Strong debugging and analytical skills for resolving production issues.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Workflows, and advanced scripting.
• Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments.
