CMS expert

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced CMS Expert who can confidently manage and update digital platforms like GoHighLevel, Kajabi, WordPress, Webflow, and other no-code systems. You will handle content uploads, page updates, funnels, memberships, course areas, and overall platform organization for our clients and internal projects.

This role is perfect for someone who understands online platforms deeply and can work independently while maintaining high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update funnels, websites, courses, and membership areas in GoHighLevel
• Upload and organize courses, modules, offers, pipelines, and automations
• Build and maintain Kajabi pages, courses, landing pages, and product areas
• Upload blogs, media, and content across various CMS platforms
• Maintain design consistency and clean layout across all pages
• Perform QA/testing for forms, pages, automations, and workflows
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and the operations team
• Keep all digital assets organized and updated

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (courses, funnels, CRM, pipelines, automations)
• Experience with Kajabi (courses, pages, offers, products)
• Familiarity with other CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Webflow (bonus)
• Basic understanding of funnels, online course structure, and landing page flow
• Ability to format content cleanly and professionally
• Strong attention to detail and an organized mindset
• Good communication and ability to follow structured processes
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus but not required

Bonus Skills

• Understanding of email automation (GHL, Kajabi, MailChimp, etc.)
• Experience with Canva or simple design edits
• Familiarity with Zapier or automation tools
