Timings: Monday to Friday — 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled GoHighLevel Expert to join our team and handle CRM setup, automation workflows, funnel building, and system integrations for clients across different industries. This is a full-time, in-house role for someone who understands GHL deeply and can build smooth, efficient systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage GoHighLevel sub-accounts
• Create funnels, landing pages, websites, and membership areas
• Set up automation workflows, triggers, and pipelines
• Configure email & SMS marketing campaigns
• Integrate third-party tools (Zapier, webhooks, APIs)
• Handle CRM customization and database segmentation
• Troubleshoot technical issues across the platform
• Collaborate with the team on client projects and deliverables
• Maintain clean documentation of work and processes

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
• Understanding of CRM systems, lead pipelines, and automations
• Experience in funnel building and marketing workflows
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
• Familiarity with Zapier or similar automation tools
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
