2nd Shift Hours: 2:00pm - 10:30pm
Full-Time and Part-Time shifts available
Compensation: $18.00-$22.00 per hour depending on experience
+ $2.00 shift differential

Education Requirements:
  • WI Nurse Aid certification required.
Job Responsibility Overview:
  • Documentation & Communication: Accurately completes all required documentation, promptly reports incidents and changes in resident condition, maintains HIPAA confidentiality, and demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills.

  • Resident Care & CNA Skills: Provides comprehensive activities of daily living per care plans, performs routine CNA skills, supports resident independence, and serves as a resource and mentor for CNA-specific tasks.

  • Professional Standards & Behavior: Treats all residents with dignity and respect, protects resident rights and belongings, promotes a safe and abuse-free environment, and responds positively to feedback to improve performance.

  • Education & Compliance: Maintains active CNA certification, completes 12 hours of continuing education annually, attends all mandatory training, and complies with facility policies and state/federal regulations.

  • Teamwork & Resident-Centered Focus: Organizes and delivers care that meets residents’ physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs, encourages participation in activities, supports peers in care tasks, and consistently upholds work standards and professionalism.
