CNA Program Coordinator

Midland College of Health Sciences is looking for a committed and professional CNA Program Coordinator to oversee the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program. The role requires an individual who can manage academic operations, provide support to students and faculty, and ensure program compliance with PNC standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the academic and administrative aspects of the CNA program.
• Ensure compliance with PNC guidelines and institutional requirements.
• Support students and faculty in academic and clinical activities.
• Organize schedules, examinations, and program records.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• CNA qualified with a valid PNC card.
• 2–3 years of experience working in educational institutes (teaching/coordination/administration).
• Strong communication, management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
