CNC Machine Operator

We're Hiring: CNC Operator (Aluminium & Crimping Machine Work)

Location: Umm Al Quwain, UAE
Company: Specialists for Building Metal Works LLC
Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000 per month

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join our team, specializing in aluminium fabrication and crimping machine operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with CNC machines in a metal works or aluminium industry setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines to cut, shape, and finish aluminium components.
• Set up and calibrate crimping machines according to job specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
• Ensure all fabricated parts meet quality standards and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in aluminium works.
• Knowledge of CNC programming and machine setup.
• Experience with crimping machines is highly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Must be currently available in the UAE.
