CNC Machine Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to operate our CNC laser cutting Machine and CNC pipe bending machines. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of AutoCAD, Solid works and engineering drawings, combined with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor CNC laser cutting Machine, and CNC pipe bending machines to produce components as per specifications.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished components for accuracy to ensure they meet design and quality standards. Adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain precision.
• Engineering Drawings: Interpret and work from engineering drawings and specifications to execute tasks correctly and efficiently.
• AutoCAD Proficiency: Use AutoCAD to interpret or adjust drawings as needed.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment.
• Documentation: Accurately record machine operation data, inspection results, and daily production logs.
• Machine Maintenance: Conduct periodic inspections and preventive maintenance on CNC machines to ensure smooth operation. Report any major issues to the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC press brake, laser cutting, or pipe bending machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with CNC programming and setup, AutoCAD, and precision tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Knowledge of Engineering Drawings: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings to produce high-quality components.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to handle heavy materials, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively work within a team and coordinate with supervisors.
• Academic Skills: Diploma in Mechanical engineering, ITI

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,100.00 per month
