At The Kinetic Co, we build high-quality industrial knives and hardened wear products. We’re a hands-on team that values good work, clear communication, and people who take pride in what they make. We’re growing and looking for a CNC Machine Operator to join our shop floor crew.
What You’ll Be Doing

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills and/or lathes)
• Read drawings and specs to make sure parts are made right
• Change tools, adjust offsets, and make small program tweaks when needed
• Check your work using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Keep your machine and work area clean and safe

What We’re Looking For

• Experience running CNC machines (or solid hands-on shop experience)
• Comfortable reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality
