CNC Machinist ( CNC 5-axis or 4-axis HMC )

Position : CNC Machinist ( CNC / VMC operator )

Work Location: Qatar

Salary will be defined based on the candidate skill set of the candidates and per company grades.

Slary - 2500-3000 QAR

CNC Machinist

Job Responsibilities:

Preparing and loading raw materials onto the machines.

Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.

Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions.

Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.

Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.

Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, material, and fixtures.

Setting up and installing tools and attachments.

Manual programming and program editing.

Fixtures design and modifications.

Prove machining of new components.

Experience & Qualification:

3 to 5 years of work experience in CNC VMC operator, CNC 5-axis or 4-axis HMC machining experience

ITI/Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Production or in any related discipline

Experience on machines like: DMG125 5axis Mill-Turn, DBC130 Horizontal Borer, WFL 5axis Turn-Mill, DANOBAT 5axis Turn-Mill.
