Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a CNC Mill Machinist and become a vital part of producing high-precision components for diverse industries. In this role, you will operate and program CNC Mill machines, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. Responsibilities:
· Set up, operate, and monitor CNC Mill machines, to produce precision parts according to detailed blueprints and specifications.
· Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication.
· Conduct routine inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other quality control tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.
· Adjust machine parameters as needed to maintain quality standards and troubleshoot machining issues promptly.
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols, including proper handling of tooling.
· Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks, materials management, and fabrication projects to meet production deadlines efficiently.
Skills:
· Strong understanding of blueprint reading, and mechanical drawing interpretation.
· Experience operating CNC milling machines in a manufacturing setting.
· Ability to use hand tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments accurately.
· Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and process adjustments.
· Factory experience in machining or fabrication environments with exposure to materials handling and packaging processes.
· Mechanical knowledge related to tooling setup and quality control standards.
