Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced CNC Milling Operator & Programmer for our CNC Machining Center. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in programming, setup, and operation of CNC milling machines to produce precision components as per engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program CNC machining center using power shape, Power mill, and CADCAM software
• Set up machines, select cutting tools, and adjust machining parameters
• Operate CNC milling machines to produce precision metal components
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and machining tolerances
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge)
• Modify programs to optimize cycle time and machining accuracy
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure machine cleanliness
• Maintain production records and ensure adherence to QA standards

Requirements:

• DAE (Mechanical/ CNC) or relevant technical certification or Programming course
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in CNC machining (milling)
• Strong understanding of CNC programming, tooling, and process optimization
• Experience with 3-axis / 4-axis machining centers
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail
• Knowledge of safety standards in machining operations

Skills Preferred:

• CAM software expertise
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of cutting speeds, feed rates & tool life
• Precision measurement and QA documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

• Lahore Kahna Nau: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
