Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking CNC Machine Operator to support the CNC Machine Operator in daily operations. The ideal candidate will assist in machine setup, material loading/unloading, basic maintenance, and ensuring smooth production flow in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist CNC Operator in setting up and operating CNC machines.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts from machines.
• Clean and maintain machines and work area to ensure proper functioning.
• Monitor machine performance and inform operator or supervisor of any irregularities.
• Measure and inspect materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Help in basic machine maintenance and lubrication tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain proper records of work performed and materials used.
• Assist in packing and organizing finished goods.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a factory or machine shop environment is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing or mechanical processes.
• Ability to read measurements using basic tools like calipers, rulers, etc.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials if required.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work under supervision and in a team.
• Willing to work in shifts and in a fast-paced environment.
• Safety training certification (preferred)
• Forklift or crane operating skills (optional)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs45,000.00 per month
