CNC Operator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator with proven experience in the wood manufacturing industry to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery to produce high-quality wood components according to specifications. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of woodworking materials and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC routers and woodworking machinery to produce custom wood parts and components.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.
• Load raw materials and monitor machine operation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring adherence to specifications and tolerances.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine or program issues.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, machine logs, and materials used.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in cabinet making, furniture production, or architectural millwork.
• Forklift operation and material handling experience.
• Basic knowledge of machine programming or design software is a plus.
