About Us:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator with strong programming skills and the ability to lead and supervise the CNC department. The ideal candidate will have both hands-on machining experience and the technical background to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and set up CNC lathe machines.

Write, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs.

Supervise and oversee CNC department operations.

Train and guide junior operators and workshop staff.

Ensure production quality, accuracy, and efficiency.

Read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD designs.

Perform routine maintenance and uphold safety standards.

Requirements:

B-Tech in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Related Field.

2–3 years of proven experience in CNC lathe operation and programming.

Strong workshop and machining knowledge.

Ability to supervise and manage a CNC team.

Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team.
