Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to operate CNC machines for wood and MDF works including kitchens, cabinets, wardrobes, doors, and custom joinery items. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in a joinery or fit-out factory and understands production accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate CNC machines for cutting, drilling, routing, and engraving

· Read shop drawings and production files

· Load, set up, and adjust CNC programs

· Ensure accuracy, quality, and minimal material waste

· Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance

· Coordinate with production and design teams

· Follow safety and factory procedures

Requirements

· 3–5 years experience as CNC Operator in wood/joinery factory

· Experience with MDF, plywood, solid wood

· Knowledge of CNC software (e.g. AutoCAD / CNC nesting programs)

· Ability to read technical drawings

· Attention to detail and quality

· Able to work independently and meet deadlines
