CNC Operator - Dubai

Must have the knowledge of wood CNC machines and CNC tools.

Inspection of material before its fed to the machine.
Able to Change tool and/or make offset changes
Input of instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function

Verifies settings by measuring positions, running samples and Calibrating the machine before operation
Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result
Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed correctly.
Documenting machine job and reporting the same to CNC in charge.
Conducting preventive maintenance of the machine by following manufacturer's instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions /errors, and reporting to CNC in charge
Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
