Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CNC machines and industrial robotic systems
• Set up machining parameters based on engineering drawings and instructions
• Perform routine calibration, maintenance, and safety checks
• Assist engineers in robotic system integration and production optimization
• Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues on CNC/robotic equipment
• Ensure production quality standards and precision tolerances are met
• Maintain accurate logs of machine performance and production output
• Follow safety protocols and industrial automation procedures

Requirements

• Experience as a CNC Operator, Robotics Technician, or similar role
• Basic understanding of mechatronics, automation systems, or machine control
• Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions
• Familiarity with CNC programming (G-code knowledge is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to work in a team-oriented engineering environment
• Willingness to learn advanced robotics systems and automation tools
