CNC Router Programmer (3D – Thermo Foam & Wood)

We are currently looking for a skilled CNC Router Programmer with hands-on experience in 3D machining using thermo foam and wood materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Program and operate CNC routers for 3D carving and cutting.

- Work with thermo foam and wood to produce accurate, high-quality components.

- Read and interpret technical drawings and 3D models.

- Use CAD/CAM software for toolpath generation.

- Ensure machine calibration and maintenance.

- Maintain production timelines and quality standards.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in CNC programming and operation.

- Proficiency in software such as ArtCAM, VCarve, Aspire, or similar.

- Strong knowledge of machine setup and material behavior.

- Ability to troubleshoot and solve production issues.

Preferred:

- Background in signage, exhibitions, or interior fit-out industry.
