KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1- Product Strategy and Development:

Develop and execute a product strategy for fintech products and co-brand card programs, aligning with the overall business objectives.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Identify new product opportunities and enhancements based on market insights and customer feedback.

Collaborate with internal teams to define product requirements, features, and functionality.

Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
2- Product Management and Execution:

Define product roadmap and prioritize features based on business goals and customer needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product execution, including technology development, marketing campaigns, and operational processes.

Monitor product performance, analyse key metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Conduct A/B testing and user research to optimize product features and user experience.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in the fintech and co-brand card space.
3- Partnership and Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain partnerships with fintech companies, co-brand partners, and external vendors.

Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing initiatives, promotions, and co-branded campaigns.

Negotiate and manage contractual agreements, ensuring compliance and mutually beneficial terms.

Monitor partner performance, track program metrics, and identify areas for growth and optimization.
4- Risk Management and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, card network rules, and data privacy requirements.

Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to implement necessary controls and safeguards.

Monitor and mitigate risks associated with product features,partnerships, and customer data.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Education:
Bachelor degree, Masters is a plus
-
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant post-graduate degree is preferred.

Minimum of
6-8 years
of experience preferably in product management within the banking industry, with some exposure on Fintech & co-brand card programs.

Strong knowledge of banking products, payment systems, and card networks.
-
Demonstrated success in developing and launching innovative products.
-
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
-
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
