Co-brand and Fintech Manager

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1- Product Strategy and Development:

  • Develop and execute a product strategy for fintech products and co-brand card programs, aligning with the overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Identify new product opportunities and enhancements based on market insights and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define product requirements, features, and functionality.
  • Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.

2- Product Management and Execution:

  • Define product roadmap and prioritize features based on business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product execution, including technology development, marketing campaigns, and operational processes.
  • Monitor product performance, analyse key metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing and user research to optimize product features and user experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in the fintech and co-brand card space.

3- Partnership and Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain partnerships with fintech companies, co-brand partners, and external vendors.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing initiatives, promotions, and co-branded campaigns.
  • Negotiate and manage contractual agreements, ensuring compliance and mutually beneficial terms.
  • Monitor partner performance, track program metrics, and identify areas for growth and optimization.

4- Risk Management and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, card network rules, and data privacy requirements.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to implement necessary controls and safeguards.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks associated with product features,partnerships, and customer data.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor degree, Masters is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant post-graduate degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience preferably in product management within the banking industry, with some exposure on Fintech & co-brand card programs.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, payment systems, and card networks.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and launching innovative products.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
