About Leadflownex

Leadflownex is building a 24/7 AI-powered conversion infrastructure for real estate brokerages.

We are not another CRM.
We sit on top of existing systems and fix what actually loses revenue:

• Missed calls
• Slow response time
• Poor lead qualification
• After-hours lead leakage

Our first product is an AI Receptionist that answers calls instantly, qualifies leads, and books property viewings automatically.

Current Situation (Important)

• Development is delayed ~10 days
• MVP execution is behind schedule
• Immediate need: someone who can take ownership and ship fast

This is not a “join and learn” role.
This is a “come in and stabilize execution” role.

What You’ll Do

• Take full ownership of AI Receptionist MVP development
• Build and manage:
• Voice AI integration (calls handling)
• WhatsApp API integrations (Business API / Unifonic / Munsit)
• Backend logic for lead qualification & routing
• CRM integration layer
• Convert product requirements into working systems fast
• Fix delays and bring execution back on track
• Work directly with founder (no layers, no bureaucracy)

10-Day Immediate Execution Plan

Your first responsibility:

• Understand current architecture & gaps (Day 1–2)
• Resume and fix pending development work
• Deliver:
• Working call handling flow
• Basic AI qualification logic
• Appointment booking system (initial version)
• Stabilize MVP direction

What We’re Looking For

• Strong in:
• Backend development (Node.js / Python preferred)
• API integrations
• Real-time systems (calls / messaging)
• Experience with:
• AI tools / LLM APIs
• WhatsApp Business API or similar
• Voice systems (Twilio / SIP / etc.) is a plus
• Mindset:
• Execution-focused
• Takes ownership
• Can work in uncertainty
• Doesn’t wait for instructions

Compensation

• Equity: Founding-level (based on contribution & commitment)
• Commission: Revenue share on clients you help onboard or systems you deploy
• No fixed salary initially (early-stage reality)
