Cocktail Server

On Call | Pay: $8.00 per hour + Tips. (3 Month Tip Average + Base Rate = $19.26 Hourly) | Schedule: Typical shifts for this position fall between 11:00am to 2am, 7 days per week.

This is an On Call position and does not qualify for benefits. Some organizational perks still apply such as access to employee health benefits, complimentary gym access, and associate dining privileges for roles based at sites with such facilities.

Weekly Earned Wage Access is an option for this position.

Job Purpose or Objective(s): Responsible for providing drink service in the outlet/bar while ensuring guests are served and ensuring all procedures regarding alcohol dispensing are followed. You will report to the Beverage Shift Manager.

Primary Tasks:

1. You will greet guests and explain all special promotions.

2. Take orders, reciting selection of all call and premium brands as requested; requires memorization of all available drinks.

3. Input orders into point-of-sale system to inform bartender an order was placed.

4. Replenish beverages as requested, frequently checking back with Guest to inquire about satisfaction.

5. You will deliver beverage to patrons while ensuring payment.

6. Check and maintain proper setup and cleanliness of service station before, during and after shift.

7. Maintain cleanliness of Guest areas including removing empty glasses/bottles and cleaning ashtray.

8. Confirm age compliance by checking the identification of any individual ordering alcoholic beverages.

9. Perform other tasks as may be assigned

Job Requirements:

• Can obtain/maintain ABLE Certification
• Read write and understand simple instructions
• 1-3 months of equivalent combination of education and experience
• Requires basic math skills
