Coding & AI Instructor (Kids & Teens – International Students)

Job Description

We are hiring confident, fluent, and highly capable Coding and AI Instructors to teach students from the USA, UK, and Canada through structured summer programs and ongoing courses.

This role is ideal for educators who are not only technically skilled but can also engage, simplify, and inspire young learners (ages 8–20) in areas like coding, AI tools, and future digital skills.

You may specialize in Coding (Scratch, Python, beginner programming) and/or AI & Future Skills (ChatGPT, prompt writing, digital tools, basic AI concepts)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging live online classes (group-based) for students aged 8–16
• Teach structured programs in Scratch (block-based coding for beginners), Python (basic to intermediate level), AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva, productivity tools), and introductory AI & logical thinking concepts
• Guide students through hands-on projects (games, apps, presentations)
• Maintain high student engagement and participation during sessions
• Provide feedback and track student progress
• Collaborate with the team to improve curriculum and delivery

Requirements

• Strong command of Coding (Scratch and/or Python) OR AI tools and digital skills
• Ability to teach and simplify concepts for kids and beginners
• Fluent English communication (clear, neutral accent preferred)
• High energy, confidence, and strong presentation skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to structured curriculum

Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications

• Prior experience teaching kids or beginners (online or offline)
• Experience with project-based learning
• Basic understanding of AI concepts or tools
• Computer Science background or relevant degree
• Experience teaching international students
