Are you a skilled and passionate Coffee Barista with a knack for sales? We are looking for a talented individual with at least 3 years of experience in the UAE to join our team and deliver exceptional coffee experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers and provide outstanding customer service.
• Utilize your sales skills to upsell and cross-sell our coffee and related products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register.
• Contribute to a positive and energetic work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Coffee Barista in UAE.
• Sales experience is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Knowledge of various coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
