Coffee Barista

The Role

We aren't just looking for someone to push buttons; we are looking for a coffee professional. As a Barista at this Cafe, you will be the face of our brand, crafting high-quality beverages while maintaining the upbeat, welcoming atmosphere our customers love.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1–5 years of professional coffee experience is required. You should be comfortable with espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art.
• Customer First Mentality: You possess a "customer-service-oriented" mindset. You enjoy engaging with regulars and making every guest feel at home.
• Flexibility: A flexible schedule is a must. We are looking for team members who can work various shifts, including weekends.
• Efficiency: The ability to remain calm and efficient during morning rushes without sacrificing the quality of the pour.
• Cleanliness: A commitment to maintaining a pristine workspace and following all health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to Othman Cafe standards.
• Describe menu items to customers and assist them in making selections (including our gelato pairings).
• Maintain a clean and organized bar and seating area.
• Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.

Pay: $14.81 - $26.26 per hour
