Coffee Machine Technician

The Coffee Machine Technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning and upkeep of coffee equipment and related facilities. This includes preventive and breakdown maintenance of espresso machines, grinders, refrigeration units, electrical systems, and store infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted operations and customer safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and calibrate commercial espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment at client sites.
• Perform scheduled servicing, cleaning, descaling, and parts replacement to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software faults across a variety of machine brands.
• Prepare and follow preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment in the client portfolio.
• Maintain service logs, job sheets, and warranty records for all equipment.
• Coordinate with authorized service vendors for major repairs or warranty claims.
• Train cafe staff on correct machine usage, daily cleaning protocols, and basic troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Refrigeration Engineering.
• 2–4 years of maintenance experience, preferably in cafes, hotels, or retail chains.
• Knowledge of coffee machines, refrigeration, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with brands such as La Marzocco, Nuova Simonelli, Jura, or similar.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills.

Working Conditions:

• Field-based role covering multiple stores, if applicable.
• Flexible working hours and on-call availability for emergencies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
