Maintenance Technician

Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in QSR, restaurants, hotels, or F&B chains.

Education: Matric / Intermediate or DAE in Electrical Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily maintenance operations across kitchen and facility areas.
• Ensure proper functioning of all restaurant equipment.
• Manage and maintain electrical and mechanical systems including HVAC.
• Handle installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers when needed.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
