Supervisor - Operations

KIN Logistic Solutions is looking for an experienced Supervisor – Operations. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in drayage operations and team supervision within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Location: Karachi (On-site)
Shift Timing: 06:00 p.m. – 03:00 a.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the complete drayage shipment lifecycle, from load setup in TMS to final invoicing.
• Oversee operational activities including pickups, deliveries, LFD, demurrage, detention, and empty returns.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and maintain service quality standards.Lead and supervise Account Managers, ensuring performance against defined KPIs.Manage customer communication, reporting, and operational coordination across the supply chain.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2-3 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in drayage.
• Strong understanding of the drayage shipment lifecycle.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
