Dispatch Supervisor (karachi Male only)

We are seeking a “Dispatch Supervisor” for a chemicals and packaging concern in Karachi.

The candidate must be a Graduate / Master or equivalent with at least 5+ years of relevant experience of either working in the chemical, Pharmaceutical, or Toiletries & Personal Hygiene sector.

Education: Bachelors or Masters

Experience: 4-5 years of industry warehouse/dispatch operations experience in a related field.

Job Descriptions / Responsibilities

• Logistics management/fleet management of various vehicles to ease and streamline operations of inbound and outbound goods movements.
• Ensure timely delivery of articles from/to warehouse to all distribution channels (wholesale and retail)
• Good knowledge of local markets, builty systems, local route designing.
• Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective.
• Build relationships within the company and with external parties, such as logistics vendors, internal fleet, and channel demands
• Collaborate with others from diverse backgrounds in order to identify problems and find solutions.
• Coordinate and Implement various operational, strategic, and managerial SOPs in the supply chain and distribution channels
• Inventory management and replenishment in a timely fashion to all distribution channels (retail & wholesale)
• Works directly with sales department to determine most cost-effective distribution solution for finished goods transportation to customers.
• Develop strategic plans to improve the efficiency of procurement and have tighter inventory controls and schedules that optimize plant manufacturing resources meeting demands from the Plant.
• Ensure timely availability of Current / New products from the production department

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
