Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Team Lead – Operations who can oversee daily operations, ensure process efficiency, and lead a team to deliver consistent results. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing workflows, improving processes, and driving performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth execution
  • Supervise, mentor, and guide the operations team to achieve performance goals
  • Monitor team productivity and ensure tasks are completed within defined timelines
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements for better efficiency
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, HR, Finance, IT) for seamless operations
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of operational activities
  • Handle escalations and resolve operational issues effectively
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Prepare and share regular reports on team performance and operational metrics

  • Timely completion of operational tasks
  • Team productivity and efficiency levels
  • Reduction in process delays and errors
  • Quality and accuracy of operations
  • Effective team management and engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
  • 6–7 years of hands-on experience in operations, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
