We’re Hiring: Coffee Shop Manager (Female)

A premium coffee concept in Doha is looking for a hands-on, detail-obsessed Manager to lead the shop.

This is not a routine role.
You will run operations, lead the team, and actively grow the business.

Role Overview

You will take full ownership of:

• Daily operations
• Team performance
• Sales and growth

You are expected to be present, in control, and solution-driven.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

• Manage daily operations end-to-end
• Maintain strict quality, service, and cleanliness standards
• Lead, train, and discipline staff
• Achieve sales targets and performance goals
• Identify and resolve issues immediately
• Ensure full compliance with policies and procedures

Business Growth

• Execute marketing ideas and in-store activations
• Improve upselling and customer experience
• Continuously drive revenue and efficiency

Management

• Handle stock, suppliers, and coordination
• Manage customer experience and complaints
• Submit daily reports to management

Requirements

• Female candidate
• Fluent in Arabic & English
• Based in Qatar (5+ years) with strong market knowledge
• Proven F&B management experience (coffee shop preferred)
• Strong leadership and business mindset
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Added Advantage

• Experience as a Senior Barista
• Ability to train and develop baristas
• Knowledge of coffee roasting

Pay: From QAR5,500.00 per month
