Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a supervisory finance role within the F&B, specialty coffee, or restaurant industry.
- Proven track record of managing multiple staff and overseeing finance operations across multiple branches.
- Strong knowledge of general accounting, auditing, financial reporting, budgeting, inventory, costing, forecasting, tax, etc.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end accounting and finance processes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, SAP, Tally, and other accounting software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA are a plus).
- Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting, preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee finance operations across multiple branches.
- Supervise and mentor a team of finance staff.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and audits.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost-control measures.
- Handle end-to-end accounting processes including general accounting, auditing, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
- Implement strong internal controls and financial policies.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards.
- Optimize financial systems and processes using ERP platforms (SAP, Tally, etc.).
