Ultimate Konnect is looking for a driven Cold Call Lead Generation Specialist to work on our Australian Marketing campaign. If you have a knack for starting conversations, qualifying prospects fast, and keeping a pipeline full — this role was made for you.

You will be calling Australian businesses, sparking interest in our marketing services, handing over warm qualified leads to our sales team, and coordinating follow-up meetings via Zoom. No fluff, no cold emailing — just sharp, confident cold calling and seamless appointment coordination.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

- Make high-volume outbound cold calls to Australian businesses daily

- Pitch our marketing services clearly and confidently to decision-makers

- Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and fit

- Set appointments and pass warm leads to the sales team

- Schedule and set up Zoom sessions for qualified prospects and coordinate with the internal team

- Send Zoom meeting invites, confirmations, and reminders to prospects

- Handle objections professionally and keep conversations moving forward

- Log all calls, appointments, and Zoom sessions accurately in the CRM

- Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Fluent English speaker — clear accent, confident tone, professional delivery

- Prior experience in lead generation, cold calling, or outbound sales (marketing background is a big plus)

- Comfortable scheduling and managing Zoom meetings with international clients

- Organised and detail-oriented — able to manage appointments without dropping the ball

- Comfortable calling international clients, specifically Australian businesses

- Thick-skinned, self-motivated, and hungry to hit targets

- Able to think on your feet and handle objections without a script crutch

- Reliable and committed to the early morning shift, five days a week
